Tyler Sarry Goes All-Out


Even super fit Tyler Sarry admits, that this training is hard. Back at DCC Centre the ripped fitness model did Lee Davy's RAMP training. RAMP stands for Rapid Acceleration of Muscular Progress, and means: 9 rounds and 9 exercises, add one exercise each round. The video is a summary of the last round:
